WEBISTE REDESIGN AND BRANDING STRATEGIES FOR DR. BRYAN R.HARRISON
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Dr. Bryan R. Harrison is a well-respected psychologist in the Rochester area. He offers autism diagnostic and therapy services for the Rochester communities. While his practice had a strong reputation, his online presence and brand development lagged behind, limiting his visibility and reach, especially among families most in need.
Our goal was to strengthen BRH PhD’s brand identity and communication strategy to better connect with patients showing early signs of autism
SOLUTION:
To help Dr. BRH PHD better develop their website, we built our strategy around four key areas
Website Recommendations
Simplify layout and navigation
The color blue and the fonts LATO and Arial Nova are recommended
Optimization
Use keyword optimization to emphasize certain terms relating to autism support.
Present the organization’s purpose clearly to clients.
Include location-specific keywords to attract accessibility to potential clients.
Information
Offer educational content on autism and what the organization’s purpose is to ease the clients.
Include blog posts and news articles to draw intimacy with clients.
Inclusive imagery to paint the organization as more welcoming and helpful.
Layout
Contact information and support options are prominently displayed in key areas of the page.
Have text content into smaller chunks with clear headings.
Use call-to-action buttons to guide users to important resources.

DISCOVERY & RESEARCH:
We conducted a comprehensive discovery process, including:
Identify business challenge & objective
Audience segmentation (demographics, psychographics, behavior, geography)
SWOT & market analyses
Brand & website audit
OUTCOME:
Our team’s work helped bring a fresh redesign to the website which now is officially live at bryanharrisonphd.com.
They took our suggestions to guide updates in layout, imagery, and content. The launch came out just as Dr. Harrison was named a 2025 Health Care Hero by the Rochester Business Journal. This will help them increase attention on the practice, and will help ensure visitors to be welcomed by a polished, accessible, and heartfelt online presence.
“We couldn’t have done it this well without you! ”
